The Administrative Assistant, Employee Benefits will provide administrative and claims support to group clients and employees.
You will be accountable for:
Preparation of new business administration kits
Claims data entry and adjudication
Maintaining client files
Handling general client claims inquiries
Providing back up to other positions within the Resource Centre
Required Competencies and Behaviors:
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Keyboarding skills - 40 wpm
Strong math skills
Excellent interpersonal skills - Team player
Proficiency with MS Office programs and the ability to learn other applications quickly
Strong time management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of the group insurance industry
